You will not be left searching for another contractor or paying twice for the same repair. You will simply call us, and we will take care of it.

• Installations and repairs are covered from 1 year up to 10 years.
  
• Sewer line cleaning is covered for 30 days.
  
• Parts come with a 1-year warranty from us, plus the manufacturer’s warranty, which can range from 1 year to 15 years depending on the item.

We are always upfront about what the guarantee does not include. It will not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse of the system.
• Parts or materials that you supply yourself.

If something is wrong after we have done the work:

1. You can call our office or send us an email at info@albuquerquedrainsewerpipeline.com and explain the problem.
   
2. Have your invoice handy, or give us your name and address so we can look up the service record.
   
3. We will respond within 24 hours and schedule a visit to correct the issue.
   

If the issue involves a part covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will help with the registration or claim so you can get it resolved without stress.
